Review of High-Dollar Payments for Medicare Part B Claims Processed by National Government Services for Indiana and Kentucky Providers for the Period January 1, 2004, Through December 31, 2006

Of 100 sampled high-dollar payments that National Government Services made to providers for calendar years 2004 through 2006, 95 were appropriate. However, National Government Services overpaid a provider $12,000 for one claim and underpaid four providers $6,000 for four claims.
