Review of Medicare Outpatient Billing for Selected Drugs at Memorial Health System

Executive Summary

For 16 of the 17 line items reviewed, Memorial Health System did not bill Medicare for injections of selected drugs in accordance with Federal requirements, resulting in overpayments totaling $110,000.
