Review of Medicare Outpatient Billing for Selected Drugs at Catskill Regional Medical Center
Executive Summary
For eight of the nine line items reviewed, Catskill Regional Medical Center did not bill Medicare for injections of selected drugs in accordance with Federal requirements and received overpayments totaling $79,000, which had not been refunded by the beginning of our audit.
