This report presents the results of our review of the general and administrative (G&A), fringe benefits, and other costs reported by North Kansas City Hospital (NKCH), North Kansas City, Missouri. Our review showed that reported costs totaling $273,585, subject to Medicare participation, were unallowable under the Medicare cost reimbursement principles since these costs were unrelated to patient care.
