Executive Summary
Group Health Incorporated (GHI), an EmblemHealth Company and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) contractor, did not claim $1.1 million of allowable Medicare Part B pension costs on its Final Administrative Cost Proposal for plan years 1987 through 2008. GHI administered Medicare Part B operations under cost reimbursement contracts with CMS.
