Executive Summary
HealthNow New York, Inc. (HealthNow), a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) contractor, did not claim $111,000 of allowable Medicare pension costs for Medicare reimbursement for fiscal years 2000 through 2007. HealthNow administered Medicare Part B and Durable Medical Equipment Regional Carrier operations under cost reimbursement contracts with CMS.
