Oklahoma Complied With the Federal Medicaid Requirements for Billing Manufacturers for Rebates for Physician-Administered Drugs

The Oklahoma Health Care Authority complied with Federal Medicaid requirements for billing manufacturers for rebates for physician-administered drugs. The State agency properly billed rebates for the $7.9 million in claims for the sampled quarter.
