Review of Oxaliplatin Billing at University Hospital for the Period January 1 Through December 31, 2005

Executive Summary

For calendar year 2005, University Hospital billed for 10 times the number of units of oxaliplatin that were actually administered and received overpayments totaling $118,000 for the four outpatient claims that we reviewed.
