We are questioning $487,077 in unallowable and undocumented Bioterrorism Hospital Preparedness Program (the Program) expenditures claimed by the Texas Department of State Health Services and $29,924 in Program fund interest that the Southwest Texas Regional Advisory Council did not return to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Payment Management System.
