The firm of Doshi and Associates, P.C., under contract with the Office of Inspector General, conducted an audit of Medicare administrative costs incurred by Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC). The audit covered the costs claimed on HCSC's final administrative cost proposals (FACP) for the Fiscal Years (FY) 1987 through 1990. The audit resulted in cost questioned of $1,121,889.
