Review of Oxaliplatin Billing at Douglas County Hospital for Calendar Years 2004 and 2005

Executive Summary

For the two claims reviewed, Douglas County Hospital billed Noridian Administrative Services for the incorrect number of service units of oxaliplatin. As a result, the hospital received overpayments totaling $54,000 during calendar years 2004 and 2005.
