St. Vincent Frankfort Hospital (the hospital) reported $63,000 of unallowable costs on its 2005 and 2006 Medicare cost reports. The hospital reported late lease payments of $62,000 and lobbying costs of $1,000 on its 2005 and 2006 Medicare cost reports, respectively.
