Review of Medicare Outpatient Payments for Oxaliplatin in Kentucky
Executive Summary
National Government Services (a Medicare fiscal intermediary for Kentucky) made overpayments totaling $146,000 for oxaliplatin drug services provided during calendar year 2005. We recommended that it recover the overpayments. National Government Services stated that it complied with our recommendation by recouping the overpayments from the provider
