Executive Summary
Our review found that during fiscal years 2006 through 2009, NIH's Office of Logistics and Acquisitions Operations (OLAO) funded contract HHSN263 2006-00011I (the Contract) in compliance with the purpose, time, and amount requirements specified in appropriations statutes. OLAO had a bona fide need for the items and appropriately funded the Contract with appropriations from fiscal years 2006 through 2009. This report contains no recommendations.
