Payments for Epogen Administered at Independent Dialysis Foundation-Parkview Center, Baltimore, Maryland

Executive Summary

Between January 1, 2004, and June 30, 2006, Independent Dialysis Foundation-Parkview Center did not meet Medicare payment requirements for some dates of service for 3 of the 100 claims reviewed and received an overpayment of $106. Also, Parkview Center policies and procedures were not always followed.
