Executive Summary
Between January 1, 2004, and June 30, 2006, Lancaster General Hospital Dialysis Center did not meet Medicare payment requirements for some dates of service for 3 of the 100 claims reviewed and received an overpayment of $32. Also, the Dialysis Center policies and procedures were not always followed.
