Kenneth Jones

In August 2000, an arrest warrant was issued for Charles Hefner on charges of failure to pay legal child support obligations. Hefner, a former U.S. Army Ranger, owes more than $210,000 in child support obligations for his two children. According to the investigation, Hefner kidnapped his children and took them overseas to South America, where he was residing. Hefner's ex-wife hired former U.S. Army Delta Force Commandos to bring her children back to the United States. Her story is portrayed in the book, Rescue My Child: The Story of the Ex-Delta Commandos Who Bring Home Children Abducted Overseas.
